For the cancellation of the trial class, the same rules apply as for a paid class: up to 24 hours can be rescheduled, after that this right is lost. In case of not having notified, the right to have a free trial class is lost and the next trial class will be considered a standard paid.

If one day it does not work, you will have to let us know as soon as the technical problem arises. If this is the first time, the class will be cancelled and we will schedule a make-up session. If it is a recurring problem, we will talk about the measures that have to be taken.

The teacher will wait up to 15 minutes after the scheduled time. After that, the student will be considered absent and the right to postpone the class will be lost.

The packages normally have a validity of 6 months, unless a deferment is agreed upon.

The classes are communicative, that is to say, they are based on the idea that the language is a means of communication that serves to transmit a message. Grammar will be studied (of course), but focused on the communicative function that we want the students to learn in this phase of their learning. The communicative functions will be authentic, just as the materials that will be used will be authentic.

As my mother tongue is not Spanish, I sympathize a lot with the students and I can teach you how I learned.

No, Claudins does not issue official certificates. I can grant a document certifying the level reached, but it will not be official.

This question is the most common and at the same time the most difficult to answer. It depends on the students, their mother tongue and their linguistic background, how many hours of class they take and how much they study outside the classroom. Generally, a student who takes 2/3 classes per week and who studies another 4/5 hours per week autonomously, can overcome a level in 4/5 months. Other students may take longer.

The course lasts the time of the package that has been chosen at the time of booking. Once it is over, the student is free to renew it as many times as he wants, depending on his availability and the objectives he wants to achieve.
