The following terms and conditions govern all use of the claudins.com website and all content, services and products available on or through the website (collectively, the Website). The website is offered subject to acceptance without exception of all the terms and conditions contained in this document and all other operating rules, policies and procedures that may be published from time to time on this site by claudins.com (collectively , contract”).

Please read this Agreement carefully before accessing or using the Website. By accessing or using any part of the Website, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you can not access the website or use any of the services.

Payment and cancellations of the classes

The courses are paid in advance. The courses, once paid, are not refundable.

Once the payment is received, we will contact you to book the classes you have paid. You can reserve them all or in part, deciding to set the sessions further according to my time availability. In any case, the money will not be lost as long as the classes are canceled according to the conditions set out below.

Classes last 55 minutes. In any case, in the case of lasting longer, no extra will be charged for it.
Classes can be canceled free of charge by notifying up to 24 hours before the session. The cancellation will be by mail and will be valid for the mail schedule. In this case, we will set another day / time for the session.
Once this limit is exceeded, the student will be considered absent and the right to postpone the class will be lost.
The student will be awaited up to 15 minutes after the scheduled time. After this time, the student will be considered absent and the right to postpone the class will be lost.
The class will be postponed in case of illness on my part or problems with my connection.
The courses are valid for 6 months. Depending on the case, this period could be extended.

Trial free class

The trial class is completely free and will last between 25 and 30 minutes. You are not obligated at all to book payment classes after this free class.
The trial class serves the teacher to meet the student, evaluate their level and their expectations about the classes. It also serves the student to make his decision about hiring paid classes at claudins.com.
For the cancellation of the trial class, the same rules apply as for a payment type: up to 24 hours can be rescheduled, after this period the right is lost. In the case of not having notified, the right to have a free class is lost and the next class tests, it will be considered a standard class of payment.

Payment of classes and other services

Payment can be made by Paypal, card or by transfer (only some services). By clicking on the “Buy” button, you will go directly to Paypal. Make sure you have chosen the desired service, as it will not be refunded in case of mistake of this type.
If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, the account number will be communicated by mail to whoever asks for it through the information form.
Claudins.com is not responsible for additional bank charges, currency exchange, interest or other types of expenses.
Any price increase will be notified 30 days before the effective date. In the case of being a student of claudins.com for at least 6 uninterrupted months, your fee will not change.

Holidays and illness

In the case of illness of the teacher, the class will recover.
In the case of illness of the student, the cancellation policy is valid, indicated above.
In the case of student’s vacations, these must be communicated 2 weeks in advance. In this case the classes will be frozen and the term of 6 months of expiration will be postponed. In the case of notifying after this period, will be charged as many classes necessary to meet this time interval.
